Jim Krogmeier, Associate Vice President
Jim joined the office in January 2017. Jim obtained his bachelor of arts in economics at Northwestern University in 1997 and his juris doctorate from the University of Iowa, College of Law in 2002. Jim is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder. Prior to joining the UA Foundation, he worked for Marquette University as senior director of development, planned giving. Jim has experience in planned giving, estate and tax planning, and wealth management. A native of Iowa, Jim is excited to be in Tucson with the UA Foundation.

Chris F. Fraker, Senior Director
Chris joined the office in November 2013. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in music from Virginia Tech in 2003, a master’s degree in music from the University of Illinois in 2005, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona in 2009. Prior to joining the UA Foundation, he was the assistant director of development at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. A native of Virginia, Chris has lived in Tucson since 2005 and is a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.

Angie Toledo, Trust and Estate Administrator
Angie joined the office in June 2022. Angie earned her bachelor of arts in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Arizona in 2000 and a paralegal post-degree certificate from Pima Community College in 2005. Prior to joining UA Foundation, Angie worked at the University of Arizona across several diverse departments – most recently for UA Housing & Residential Life as administrative associate for their Administrative Services Office. A native of Tucson, Angie is excited to be a member of the UA Foundation.
